SEAMEO-SPAFA, with the support of the ASEAN Foundation, recently concluded the current series of workshops on culture and development for youths in Southeast Asia. During 2008 workshops were held in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and Hanoi, Vietnam, in November and December respectively. January 2009 started with a workshop held in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, and this was soon followed in February with a workshop in Vientiane, Lao PDR. Mandalay in Myanmar was the host city for a workshop in April 2009 and the last workshop in the current series was held in Davao City in Mindanao, Philippines, in May 2009.
