Participants

Young persons aged between 18-25 years from the 10 ASEAN Member Countries are invited to apply for the workshops. Please check the eligibility criteria to ensure that you apply for the correct workshop. For example, as a Filipino, if you reside in Mindanao or Palawan apply for workshop F whereas if you reside anywhere else in the Philippines besides Mindanao/Palawan, you are eligible to apply for workshop A only.

Scholarships are provided to facilitate participation and applications are welcomed from all young people who are interested in culture and development. There are no higher education requirements or specific work experience requirements. However, applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have a genuine interest in the issues of culture and development, and have a fair command of English language.
