The 30th SEAMEO SPAFA Governing Board meeting (GBM), which ran for two days from the 14th to the 15th of September 2015, was held in Villa Santi Resort & Spa, Luang Prabang, Lao PDR. The town of Luang Prabang, which was inscribed on 9 December 1995 upon the “UNESCO World Heritage List of the Convention concerning the protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage Inscription”, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, making it the ideal location for SEAMEO SPAFA’s 30th GBM.
Governing Board (GB) Members and Designates from nine out of the eleven SEAMEO-member countries were in attendance, and assisted in shaping the Centre’s future goals and activities for Fiscal Year 2015-2016, and beyond.
