Dr. M.R. Rujaya Abhakorn, Director, SEAMEO SPAFA Regional Centre for Archaeology and Fine Arts, discussing the programme themes at the Forum, highlighting the importance of regional collaboration in heritage conservation in the Asia Pacific region.
