SEAMEO SPAFA is a non-profit International Organization working for the development of the fields of Archaeology and Fine Arts through its training, workshop seminar, conference, research and publication programmes in its eleven-member countries in Southeast Asia.
We are presently seeking qualified people to join our team in the following positions listed below:
1. Researcher (Archaeology)
Qualifications and experience:
a) Age between 25 – 35 years at time of application but will be considered together with other qualification in case of the age lower or higher than
identified.
b) At least a Master’s degree in archaeology (preferably) or related fields (art and museology, anthropology, cultural resource management, etc.).
c) At least 2 years experience in the relevant fields..
d) Ability to plan, develop and undertake projects, and to provide leadership
e) Proficiency in English both in writing and speaking.
g) Competent computer and internet skills.
2. Administrative Assistant (Finance)
Qualifications and experience:
a) Age between 25- 40 years at time of application.
b) A Thai Citizen.
c) At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
d) Proficiency in English both in writing and speaking. Proficiency in other languages is an asset.
e) Prior experience in administrative or finance-related roles preferred.
f) Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
g) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
h) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
i) Applicants are requested to submit their TOEIC score together with the application.
3. Driver
Duties and responsibilities:
a) Thai male citizen, age between 25-40 years at time of application.
b) Minimum Education: at least compulsory education, High school, or equivalent.
c) Proficiency in spoken and written Thai. Speak, understand and read enough English to follow simple instructions.
d) Acquaintance with the locations of the various government offices/institutions and embassies in Bangkok.
e) Knowledge in the proper maintenance of automobiles would be an advantage.
f) Preferable with some years of experience as a driver of an international or foreign organization/company.
g) Should have had a driving license with clean record for at least 5 years.
