SEAMEO SPAFA welcomed Dr. Feng Jing, Chief of Culture Unit, UNESCO Bangkok, and Montira Horayangura Unakul, Culture Programme Officer, Culture Unit, UNESCO Bangkok (who is also on the Board of Advisors to SEAMEO SPAFA) on the morning of 30 January 2023.
The meeting gave an opportunity for SEAMEO SPAFA Centre Director, Mr Khemchat Thepchai, to meet with Dr. Feng Jing, and to find avenues for both organizations to partner up.
