We have a number of options available if you (or your organisation) are interested in setting up a booth at the conference or being a sponsor for the conference. SEAMEO SPAFA is a non-profit organisation and the money raised is used to help defray the costs of the conference and provide travel grants to selected participants.

We have a limited number of spaces for setting up booths at the conference site, as well as opportunities to distribute material through the conference packs and in the conference booklet.

Conference Booth – US$750

  • 1 table
  • Admission/coffee/lunches/welcome dinner for up to 2 people
  • Duration: 17 - 19 June. Set up on the first day.
Inserts into conference pack – US$100 per item
  • Fliers or small items, up to A4 size
  • Materials to be delivered to SPAFA by 1 June 2019
Half page advertisement in conference booklet – US$100
  • Artwork to reach SPAFA by 30 April 2019
Full page advertisement in conference booklet – US$150
  • Artwork to reach SPAFA by 30 April 2019
Back cover advertisement in conference booklet – US$200

Be an Official Sponsor

 

Official sponsorship gives you and your organisation visibility by having your logo displayed in our conference material. We have three levels of sponsorships:

Silver sponsors

  • Minimum donation US$500
  • Acknowledgement (name and logo) in the list of sponsors published in the conference website, conference booklet and post-conference email to participants
  • 1 complimentary admission to conference

Gold sponsors
  • Minimum donation of US$1,000
  • Includes all the benefits of Silver sponsorship, plus:
  • Acknowledgement (name and logo) in the conference poster, which will be distributed to our mailing list prior to the conference and also displayed prominently in the conference.
  • 1 insert in conference bag or 1 full page advertisement

Platinum Sponsors
  • Minimum donation of US$3,000
  • Includes all the benefits of Gold sponsorship, plus:
  • Acknowledgement (name and logo) in the conference banner and on the stage backdrop. Maximum exposure of brand.
